Most people who book a BDSM massage with us for the first time arrive with a film scene in their head: a dark basement, leather straps, somebody suffering. The reality is quieter, slower and far more about the senses than about force. This guide is for you if you have been thinking about a BDSM massage but feel too embarrassed to ask, because you do not want to look like someone who has no idea what they are doing. That is fine. None of the guests who now come to us regularly knew what they were doing the first time either.
What a BDSM massage in a studio actually is
Start with the most important part: it is a massage. A table, a warm room, oil, a masseuse's hands. Everything you know from an ordinary treatment stays in place. One extra layer is added on top, and that layer is tension. The masseuse sets the pace and you receive it. She decides when the next touch arrives and you cannot predict it. That is the whole point. Not pain, not punishment, but handing over control of what happens in the next few seconds.
Films show BDSM as an extreme, because extremes film well. Signed contracts, cages, screaming. Here, a first visit means sitting down in a calm room, getting a drink, and spending roughly ten minutes answering questions about what is fine for you and what is not. Then you shower and lie down. What follows is far closer to a sensory game than to anything you would need to endure.
The overwhelming majority of first visits stay in what we call the soft range: a blindfold, wrists tied slowly with a soft rope, alternating gentle and firmer touch, the contrast of warmth and cold. None of it leaves a mark and none of it hurts. You can read the full description of what we offer on our BDSM massage page.
One more thing worth saying at the start. A massage is a massage. We offer a sensory experience, touch, tension and care for the body. Nothing more and nothing else, and that applies to every treatment on our menu without exception.
Tension instead of pain, and why it works
Cover your eyes and your skin sharpens within a couple of minutes. You stop tracking where the masseuse is standing and start noticing the air moving, the temperature of the room, your own breathing. A touch that would normally be unremarkable suddenly registers as an event. There is nothing mystical about this. It is a plain property of the nervous system: what you cannot see, you imagine, and imagination creates anticipation.
Anticipation is the main tool of the entire session. The masseuse touches you, then stops. The pause lasts three seconds, maybe ten. Your body works harder during that pause than during the touch itself. When a feather then runs along the inside of your arm, or a piece of ice lands on your breastbone, the reaction is incomparably stronger than the same thing delivered without any build up.
And what about pain? In a studio setting we work with intensity, not with pain. A light slap across the back, a pinch, a pull of the hair, warm wax that simply feels hot on the skin for a second. Everything stays below the line you set, not the line the masseuse sets. If you would rather stay with purely pleasant touch and no tension at all, a classic erotic massage will suit you better, and that is a completely legitimate choice that nobody will try to talk you out of.
Consent and limits: the conversation that comes before the first touch
This is the part new guests underestimate most, and it is the part that decides whether they enjoy the session. Before anything begins, you sit in an armchair with the masseuse and talk. Not for long, but specifically.
What the masseuse will ask you
- Which parts of the body are off the table. Saying "not the neck" or "leave my feet alone" is enough, you do not owe anyone a reason.
- Health matters she needs to know about: back or shoulder problems, high blood pressure, sensitive skin, allergies, a fresh tattoo, any heart condition.
- Whether you want to try being tied, or whether a blindfold is plenty for now.
- How firm you want the touch to be, and whether cold bothers you.
- Whether anything switches you off completely. Some people cannot stand being tickled, others do not want to hear a commanding tone. Either can be removed with one sentence.
When you do not know what you want
That is a normal situation, probably the most common one of all. You are not expected to arrive with a list. One sentence covers it: "I have no idea what will work for me, let us start carefully and see." The masseuse then moves in small steps and keeps checking in. Your answers come in three flavours: yes, no, not yet. None of them is wrong and none of them needs explaining.
One more useful thing to know in advance: limits can move in both directions during the session. If halfway through you decide you want more, you ask for it. If you decide something is not working, you say so. Nobody will try to persuade you, because persuasion breaks the whole thing.
The safe word and why it genuinely works
A safe word is one word agreed in advance that stops everything instantly. We use a traffic light system, because it stays memorable even for someone who is in an unfamiliar place for the first time and has their head elsewhere.
- Amber means slow down, ease off, I am near my edge. The massage continues, just more gently.
- Red means this part is over. The masseuse stops immediately, removes the blindfold, unties the knots and brings a blanket.
People often ask why "no" or "stop" is not enough. The answer is purely practical: inside a scene those words can be meant in several ways, and the masseuse has no way of knowing whether you mean them literally. A colour is unambiguous. It cannot be misheard or reinterpreted.
If both your eyes and your hands are occupied, you agree on a physical signal as well. Usually you hold a soft ball, or you simply tap the table twice in quick succession. Dropping the ball or tapping counts exactly the same as red.
And one thing to close on: using the safe word does not mean you failed or that the massage is over. In most cases you take a two minute break, have a drink and continue down a different route. In all our time we have never had a guest leave early because of a safe word and carry away an awkward feeling.
The tools we commonly use, and how intensity is built up
None of what follows is compulsory. Before the massage the masseuse shows you what she has prepared and you pick. A single item is a perfectly good answer.
The blindfold
The simplest and at the same time the most effective tool there is. Nine out of ten first visits start here. The blindfold is fabric, soft, does not press anywhere, and you can take it off yourself at any moment. If you have never been blindfolded with a stranger in the room, expect to be tense for the first minute. Then it lets go and it starts to get interesting.
Light bondage
We use soft cotton rope or lined cuffs. The knots are the kind that release with one pull. Hands are tied loosely, never behind the back, and never in a way that makes your fingers tingle. During the session the masseuse checks the colour and temperature of your hands several times. Nothing is ever tied around the neck, under any circumstances.
Feather, ice and warm wax
These three form the backbone of sensory play. A feather and soft brushes wake up the skin where it is thinnest, on the inside of the arms, along the neck, down the ribs. Ice arrives in small pieces and is used in brief contacts, never left resting in one place. The wax comes from special low melting candles that burn at roughly the temperature of a warm shower, and the masseuse drips it from a height so it cools further on the way down. The contrast of cold and hot in the same spot is, for most guests, the strongest moment of the whole hour.
Building up step by step
Intensity is never set at the start. It climbs from zero roughly like this: ordinary massage contact, then slowing down and pauses, then the blindfold, then alternating soft and firm pressure, then heat and cold, and only then light bondage if you want it. Between the steps the masseuse asks a short question, or simply watches your breathing. If you want to stay at step three for the whole hour, you stay at step three for the whole hour.
Who actually books a BDSM massage
Picture a typical guest and you will probably picture someone quite different from who really walks through our door. The largest group are people who spend all day making decisions. Managers, business owners, doctors, lawyers. They come precisely because for ninety minutes they want to decide absolutely nothing. Handing the pace to somebody else is a relief they cannot get anywhere else.
The second large group are the curious. They read something, saw something, tried at home and it did not work, because at home there is no distance and you feel self conscious in front of someone you see every day. In a studio the situation has clear edges, a beginning and an end, and curiosity does well with edges.
Men and women come to us, guests in their early thirties and guests well past sixty five, couples who want to try something together. And yes, plenty of people arrive sweating, nervous and laughing at themselves. The masseuse has seen hundreds of arrivals exactly like that. Nobody is going to judge you, because there is nothing to judge against: there is no correct performance you are supposed to deliver.
Your first visit, step by step
Booking
You message us on WhatsApp at +420 776 739 466. Something like "Hello, I would like a BDSM massage, tomorrow around seven in the evening, one hour" is enough. We agree the time, the studio and the masseuse. We ask for no deposit and there is no online payment at all. You pay on site after the massage, in cash or by card.
Arrival
The studios are in ordinary residential buildings with a discreet entrance. You ring, we open, we take your coat. Inside there is a hallway, a shower and the massage room. You shower, you get a robe and a drink. Nobody asks for your name or any identification.
The conversation
Then come the ten minutes described above. Limits, health, safe word, choice of tools. Treat it as part of the experience rather than as paperwork. For many guests this is the moment the bulk of the nerves fall away, because they realise they are simply being talked to like an adult.
The massage
It opens with ordinary massage contact so the body gets used to unfamiliar hands. Only then does the blindfold appear, and everything else after it. There is little talking during the session, but the masseuse asks a short question at the key moments. Single word answers are fine, nobody wants full sentences from you.
Coming back down
The last few minutes are calm. Blindfold off, blanket on, quiet. Then a shower, dressing, payment and a private goodbye. Nobody rushes you out, but nobody keeps you hanging around either. If you want a broader picture of how a visit runs here, read about discretion and safety at our studio.
Hygiene, discretion and safety
Linen and towels are changed after every guest, which goes without saying. A BDSM massage adds the question of equipment. Ropes and cuffs belong to numbered sets and are washed, metal and plastic parts are disinfected, feathers and soft brushes are used only for as long as they can be cleaned reliably and then they go in the bin. Ice is made from drinking water shortly before the session. Wax is collected off the body and never goes back into the candle.
The safety rules are short and they do not bend. Nothing is tied around the neck. A guest is never left alone in the room while tied. Safety shears sit within arm's reach. The masseuse keeps checking the circulation in your hands. And if you arrive under the influence of alcohol or anything else, we will not give you a BDSM massage, with no exceptions, because your sense of your own limits is unreliable in that state.
On discretion: we keep no guest database, we ask for no name and no document, and you can delete the WhatsApp thread whenever you like. Our price list shows exactly what you pay, so there are never any surprises at the end either.
What to bring, what to expect afterwards, and what it costs
You need to bring nothing special. Towel, soap and robe are here. Bring money or a card, and expect to want the rest of the evening free. Do not schedule a work meeting or a family visit straight afterwards. Most people are quiet, softened and slightly elsewhere for about an hour. That is a normal response to a strong sensory experience, not a sign that something went wrong.
Have a drink, eat something sweet, keep warm. Occasionally a mild tenderness shows up the next day in the places that took pressure or cold. It settles during the day. If anything worries you, message us and we will happily talk it through.
Prices and booking
- 30 minutes: 1800 CZK
- 45 minutes: 2200 CZK
- 60 minutes: 2500 CZK
- 90 minutes: 3800 CZK
With two masseuses the price is double the figures above. For a first visit we recommend sixty minutes. Thirty is enough only when you already know exactly what you want, and ninety starts to make sense once you know how your body responds.
We are open daily from 10:00 to 05:00 in two studios: Opletalova 1566/30, Prague 1 Nove Mesto and Luzicka 1416/29, Prague 2 Vinohrady. Bookings go through WhatsApp on +420 776 739 466. One sentence is enough to start, we will sort out the rest together.
Frequently asked questions
Is it going to hurt?
No. In a studio setting we work with intensity, not with pain. The strongest tool is tension and anticipation: the pause between touches, a blindfold, the contrast of warmth and cold. When something sharper appears, a light slap or warm wax for example, it stays below the line you set yourself before the session started. Nothing gets firmer unless you ask for it.
What happens if I use the safe word halfway through?
The masseuse stops instantly, removes the blindfold, unties the knots and brings a blanket. We use a traffic light: amber means slow down and ease off, red means this part is over. That rarely ends the session. You take a two minute break, have a drink and carry on down a different route or simply at a calmer pace. Nobody asks why.
I have never tried anything like this. Will I look ridiculous?
You will not, because there is no performance you are expected to deliver. The masseuse has seen hundreds of first visits and most of them start with nerves and awkward laughter. You do not need to know in advance what you want. One sentence saying it is your first time is enough, and she moves in small steps from there. We ask for no name and keep no guest records.
Do I have to be tied up?
No, none of the equipment is compulsory. Nine out of ten first visits start with just a blindfold and plenty of guests never go further than that. If you do want to try bondage, we use soft cotton rope or lined cuffs, the hands are tied loosely and never behind the back. Nothing goes around the neck, safety shears sit within reach and circulation is checked throughout.
How long should a first session be, what does it cost and how do I book?
For a first visit we recommend sixty minutes, which leaves room for the conversation and a calm finish. Prices are 1800 CZK for 30 minutes, 2200 CZK for 45 minutes, 2500 CZK for 60 minutes and 3800 CZK for 90 minutes, and with two masseuses the price doubles. Book on WhatsApp at +420 776 739 466. You pay on site in cash or by card. Open daily from 10:00 to 05:00.
