- We recommend arriving calm and on time — lateness may shorten your session.
Booking & Cancellation
- We recommend booking via WhatsApp at least 2 hours in advance.
- Please notify us of cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible — ideally at least 2 hours ahead.
- Repeated no-shows without notice may result in declined future bookings.
- Payment is accepted in cash or by card at the studio after your session.
Hygiene
- A shower before the ritual is part of every visit and ensures comfort for you and us.
- Please maintain personal hygiene and freshness before arriving at the studio.
- Towels and shower amenities are provided in the studio.
Privacy
- Client discretion and privacy are our priority — the studio entrance is unmarked.
- Information about your visit is not shared with third parties.
- Please respect the privacy of other guests and studio staff.
