Prostate massage: what it is and what to expect

10 min

Prostate massage is one of the extras our guests ask about most often, and at the same time a subject people rarely discuss out loud. There is nothing mysterious about it. It is a slow, sensitive technique that can deepen a regular erotic massage with a sensation no other part of the male body offers. In this guide we explain what a prostate massage involves, how it works in our salon as an add-on to a massage, how hygiene and boundaries are handled, and how to order it with your booking.

One important thing first. In our studios this is a relaxing, sensual experience, not a medical procedure. We will not promise you any therapeutic effects, and you will not hear such promises from our masseuses either. If something is bothering you health-wise, it belongs in a doctor's office. What we take care of is something else: calm, privacy and an experience you can rely on.

What a prostate massage actually is

The prostate is a gland roughly the size of a small walnut, located below the bladder. It cannot be seen or felt from the outside; it is reachable through the front wall of the rectum, just a few centimetres past the sphincter. Because it is densely packed with nerve endings, gentle stimulation of this area can be a source of remarkably intense pleasure for many men, which is why it is sometimes called the male G-spot.

The massage itself means slow, gentle stimulation of this area. It can begin externally, over the perineum between the scrotum and the anus, where the prostate can be felt indirectly. Internal stimulation is done with a finger, always slowly, with plenty of lubricant and only within the limits you agree on beforehand. No rushing, no pressure to perform.

Good news for the hesitant: you can choose between external and internal stimulation, or stay with the external kind only. A perineum massage on its own is very pleasant and often perfectly sufficient for a first encounter with this area. How far you go is entirely up to you and your agreement with the masseuse.

What the sensation feels like varies from man to man. Some describe waves of deep relaxation, others a longer and more intense climax, others simply a pleasant new feeling that is hard to compare to anything else. And for some men this area does nothing at all, which is fine too. The only way to find out is to try it calmly and without expectations.

Myths that refuse to go away

Few techniques carry as many half-truths. The most common myth says prostate massage is only for gay men. Anatomy knows no orientation. Every man has a prostate, and the sensitivity of its nerve endings has nothing to do with who you are attracted to. The vast majority of guests who order this extra in our salon are heterosexual men, often in a steady relationship.

The second myth claims it must be uncomfortable. What tends to be uncomfortable is the memory of a medical examination, which has a completely different purpose and pace. An examination is quick and functional; a massage is slow and sensual. With enough lubricant, a relaxed body and a masseuse who keeps checking in with you, discomfort has no place in the session. And if it should appear anyway, one word is enough and the approach changes.

The third misconception is the idea that only especially bold or experienced men ask for this extra. The opposite is true. A large share of our guests book a prostate massage precisely because they want to explore this area for the first time somewhere safe, discreet and free of pressure. Asking for it is as ordinary as booking a longer session.

Why the shyness around it is unnecessary

Most men associate the prostate with a preventive check-up at best, which is hardly a sensual image. Add the worry about what a masseuse might think of such a request, and the result is that many men consider a prostate massage for years without ever asking for it.

In our salon this shyness loses its point. The prostate massage is a standard item on our list of extras, our masseuses know it well and treat it as matter-of-factly as any other part of the session. Nobody asks why, nobody judges. You decide what happens, and the masseuse makes sure you are comfortable. If you are still forming a picture of erotic massage in general, start with our overview article on everything you should know about erotic massage.

How a prostate massage works in our salon

With us, prostate massage is not a stand-alone service but an add-on to any massage on our menu. For the sensation to be enjoyable, the body first needs time to relax, and that is exactly what the preceding massage provides.

The session begins with a short conversation. You tell the masseuse what you would like and where your limits are, and only then does the touch begin. A shower at the studio follows, then the massage itself on a futon. The masseuse starts with the whole body, an oil massage of the back and legs, and moves towards more intimate areas only once the body has softened. The add-on therefore comes in the later part of the session, never at its start.

Throughout, the masseuse moves slowly and keeps asking whether the pace feels right. At any moment you can ask her to slow down, change the approach or stop. Your word overrides anything agreed at the beginning. This rule applies in our studios without exception, and it is what makes the experience safe even for complete beginners.

Atmosphere matters more than it might seem. Dim light, warmth, the scent of oil and a masseuse in no hurry do at least as much for the outcome as technique itself. A body that feels safe opens up to new sensations on its own; a body on guard resists even the finest touch. That is why the add-on never opens a session, and why it pays to give the whole ritual enough time.

The most common choice: an add-on to a lingam massage

You can add the extra to any massage, from the classic erotic massage to nuru. Most naturally, though, it follows the lingam massage, a tantric ritual for men that combines a full-body oil massage with conscious breathwork and sensitive touch.

A lingam massage approaches the intimate areas slowly and with pauses; the tempo alternates, and the session ends with several minutes of stillness rather than an abrupt cut. A prostate massage fits into this rhythm perfectly: after the full-body part your muscles are loose, your breathing calm, and a new sensation lands far more fully in that state than in a rush.

The lingam massage starts at CZK 1,600 (about €73) for 30 minutes, with longer options at CZK 1,900 for 45 minutes and CZK 2,300 for 60 minutes. The half-hour session is more of a taster. If you want to add a prostate massage, we recommend going straight for 45 or 60 minutes, so there is room for the full-body part, the breathwork and a calm ending, without squeezing the add-on in.

Hygiene and boundaries

Hygiene is the first question most guests raise. The basics are simple: every ritual begins with a shower at the studio; that applies to all our massages. A normal, thorough shower is everything that is needed on your side. If anything still feels unclear, simply ask in the WhatsApp conversation beforehand; you will get a straightforward answer with no evasion.

Boundaries are the second pillar. Everything that happens during the session was agreed in advance, and the agreement can always be changed towards less. The masseuse never goes further than you asked, and she keeps checking that the touch feels good. If you discover along the way that internal stimulation is not for you, saying so is enough. The massage flows on differently and nobody brings it up again.

This combination, a clear agreement upfront plus the option to step back at any moment, is why even men who would otherwise never find the courage decide to try the extra.

Who it suits and when to skip it

Experience is not required. The add-on is chosen both by men who know this part of their body well and by those who want to discover it for the first time in a calm, safe setting. Just say it is your first time and the masseuse adjusts the pace and the scope. A first session tends to be about careful exploration, not about chasing the strongest possible sensation.

When is it better to skip it? Above all when you expect it to solve a health problem. With pain, urinary trouble or anything similar, see a urologist, not a massage salon. And of course when this area simply does not appeal to you. A prostate massage is not an obligatory ride or a test of courage. The lingam massage and all our other rituals are complete experiences without it.

Couples are a chapter of their own. It is not unusual for a man to book the extra because his partner suggested it, or for a couple to agree on it as part of a shared visit. The same rules apply: everything is discussed beforehand, each person has their own boundaries and nobody does anything they do not want. If a shared experience appeals to you, look at our couples massages and mention the add-on when booking.

How to prepare for your first time

No special preparation is needed, and knowing that in advance helps, because uncertainty about preparation is a common brake. Come as you would to any other massage. The shower is part of the visit, right at the studio, and towels and everything else are ready for you. The one thing genuinely worth doing is not hurrying: book enough time so the session does not end just as your body has finally relaxed.

It also helps to be direct when booking. You write that you would like, say, a 60-minute lingam massage with a prostate massage and that it is your first time. The masseuse will know to go gently, and you will not have to explain anything on the spot. During the session your only job is to breathe, feel and speak up whenever you want something changed.

One practical note on expectations. A first experience does not have to bring the overwhelming climax you may have read about. The body is only getting acquainted with a new kind of touch, and intensity usually grows with repetition, once you know what to expect and relax faster. Treat the first visit as exploration, not as a test with a required result.

Price and how to order it

In our price list the prostate massage costs CZK 500 (about €23) on top of the massage you choose. If you treat yourself to a one-hour lingam massage at CZK 2,300, the total with the add-on comes to CZK 2,800. Payment is made after the session, in cash or by card. Current prices for all massages and extras are in our price list.

Ordering takes one sentence. The easiest way is to mention the extra when booking via WhatsApp, so the masseuse can plan for it and reserve space in the session. If you decide only on the spot, no problem; just say so before the massage begins so the flow can be adjusted.

We are open daily from 10:00 to 05:00, so you can pick a time late in the evening as well. You can visit either of our two studios in the centre of Prague: Black Diamond at Opletalova 1566/30, a short walk from Wenceslas Square, and Tantra Club at Lužická 1416/29 in Vinohrady. We recommend booking ideally two hours in advance.

Discretion and privacy

We understand that for many men this is a sensitive wish, and we treat it accordingly. Whatever you agree with your masseuse stays between the two of you. Booking runs through WhatsApp, nobody asks why you are visiting, and at the studio you meet only the staff looking after you. How exactly we protect our guests' privacy, from the first message to the moment you leave, is described in detail in our article on discretion and safety.

If you have been thinking about a prostate massage for a while, this guide is a good moment to turn thinking into experience. Message us on WhatsApp, choose your massage, mention the add-on and the masseuse takes care of the rest. Matter-of-factly, discreetly and at your pace.

Frequently asked questions

How do I order a prostate massage?

The easiest way is to mention the add-on when booking via WhatsApp, so the masseuse can plan for it. You can also decide on the spot; just say so before the massage begins.

How much does a prostate massage cost?

In our price list it costs CZK 500 (about €23) on top of any massage from the menu. With a one-hour lingam massage at CZK 2,300, for example, the total is CZK 2,800. Payment is after the session, in cash or by card.

Will anyone find out what I ordered?

No. Whatever you agree with your masseuse stays between the two of you. Booking runs through WhatsApp, nobody asks why you are visiting, and at the studio you only meet the staff looking after you.

No. Just say it is your first time and the masseuse adjusts the pace and the scope. You can also stay with external stimulation of the perineum only, which is often enough for a first encounter.

Can I stop the massage at any time?

Yes, at any moment. The masseuse moves slowly and keeps checking whether the pace feels right. Your word overrides anything agreed at the beginning.

Which massages can I add it to?

To any massage on our menu. Guests most often add it to the lingam massage, which it follows most naturally; we recommend the 45 or 60 minute option.

How is hygiene handled?

Every ritual begins with a shower at the studio, and a normal thorough shower is all that is needed. The masseuse works slowly and with plenty of lubricant. You can ask about anything beforehand in the WhatsApp conversation.

Is a prostate massage a medical procedure?

No, it is a relaxing, sensual experience, not a medical treatment. We make no therapeutic claims; with health concerns, please see a doctor.
